Dear Omniscient,

I was recently reminded of this debate which I never finished, and I'd like to express my sincere apologies for not answering in timely fashion.

When we started the debate I had more time to participate in the debate, but later there were things happening in our life that took too much of my time, for several months, and when those things were sorted out, it was difficult to come back to the discussion again and read up on the posts. Then just time went on and one thing after another, and I pretty much never thought about the debate again, until I now.

Unfortunately, the last couple of months have been crazy too and I'm not given much time to really sit down and make the effort needed for this debate. Even though I've been participating in other threads, it's been easier to just throw in a comment here and there without worrying too much about details or coherence.

Again, I'm sorry that I didn't go back and pick up this discussion again, but the way the schedule looks, I could have time to read through it again in mid August. However, I suspect that there's not much more we can contribute to the topic, and there would be a lot of repetitions of things we already have said. With that in mind, it's possible that when I do have the time to go through this thread again, there's only room for making a closing statement rather than more arguments. But we'll see what happens.

And behold, one came who in the form of a demon holding a beer, and he spake with a tongue of red. And when he spake, he said bye bye, and all listened, and watched as he smote the babbling troll with his +5 banhammer of fedupishness. And there was much rejoicing.
