Since I walked through the one way door of non bellief, I have been reading any book on atheism I can get my hands on. I've read The God Delusion, Atheist Universe, Losing Faith in Faith, and I am in the middle of The End of Faith. So far the best book I have ever read is "Like Rolling Uphill. Realizing the Honesty of Atheism," by Dianna Narciso. While all the other books are really good, most of them go off on some really boring or technical tangents at times, where as Like Rollng Uphill is the most simply written, yet brilliant to the point book of them all IMHO.

If I were to choose on quick and easy book to sway someone in the non believing direction, this would be the one. It just seems to be written by an normal lay person, yet is absolutlely brilliant. I am not much of a reader of books, but this was a very quick and easy read. I never hear this title mentioned but it is just fantastic. It's available on Amazon.com
"If it turns out that there is a God, I don't think that he's evil. But the worst that you can say about him is that basically he's an underachiever." - Woody Allen

"If there is a God I think most reasonable people might agree he's at least incompetent, and maybe, just maybe doesn't give a shit." - George Carlin

That's a big yes. It's just so simple, yet says it all.
