pawn
My wife bought some biblical plaques to hang on the wall a couple of years ago. Well, we both decided we don't like them any more, and we have been redecorating the house. We didn't want to throw them out, so I decided to teach my 5 year old daughter to do her first acrylic murals... Before: After:

MissingLink
That is such a funny and creative idea! And your daughter is quite the young artist! I have a terrible confession to make. My mother (who is 79) lives with me and has many religious "knick knacks" displayed throughout the house. Her memory is not what it used to be, and I have slowly started removing one religious thing at a time and hiding it in my closet. If she ever notices, I'll "find" it and put it back, but so far she hasn't noticed!! (I am so going to hell! Haha!)
MerryG
Great idea, pawn -- and that's definitely the budding artist you've got there. When you hang those around your house, somebody might mistake them for professional. A good use of otherwise wasted space. And MissingLink, that's funny. Kinda sad-funny. But still funny.

That's hilarious about redecorating your moms house, maybe she'll catch you!
