Ellinas Posted March 15, 2015 Share Posted March 15, 2015 Yes. A Greek phrase that relates to the deity Hekate (associations, inter alia, of balance, light and dark, the otherworld). Repeated rhythmically for up to half an hour, it's proved useful in relaxation and provided some brief flashes of visual impressions. It's also helped me get to sleep one night when I was something of an insomniac! Bearing in mind my anarchic tendencies, and lack of connection to the Hindu deities, I make would make up my own rather than borrow from others' experiences. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
