So HD 81688 is now Intercrus?

Which is Latin for 'between the legs', referring quite innocently to the star's position in the sky, between the legs of Ursa Major (the Big Dipper) or the Great Bear.

Latin is an especially awkward language to use when naming astronomical objects.  Hence the hasty withdrawal of the original plan for naming the highest mountain on each rocky planet of the solar system, using Latin nomenclature.  It would have worked fine for Mercury and Mars.  But... Mons Veneris?
