Zoologists have documented an incredible relationship between wild birds in Mozambique and the local Yao people, who team up together to hunt for honey.

I don't see what's so special. Lonely old ladies have been talking with their cats for a long time now.

No really it's great to see humans and the honeyguide bird finally working together. (Finally!)

Great article though. It's cool to see nature working alongside people. Too bad christians can't do the same thing.

As the article suggests, it is the first time documented for wild birds. But such communications were documented long ago for a few domesticated parrots and possibly for trained birds within the Raven and Jay bird families.
