I had a Christian boss once.... when things went wrong he'd say "thank you Jesus"... and if there was an earthquake or something... "IN THE NAME OF JESUS!" Never stopped a quake. Not once. Margee, I tell you what cured me me of sugar and salt filled foods was in depth research into what happens to your body in the hours after consumption, and the cumulative effect of excess consumption.
