MikeT
Hi, I'm Mike and I have come to this forum as it looks like a good place to discuss what I might call residual issues from being brought up in a church. I'm in my thirties, and was raised around a pentecostal church. Anyway, I have read some old threads and quite like to see people trying to get over their fear and other conditioning. Good to be here.

Rounin
Hi, there, MikeT! Welcome to Ex-C! There are certainly many people here who will understand your situation. Exiting form Christianity can be a bit like growing up with a skeletal prosthesis of some kind, only to find out later in life that it's broken, and having to remove it after one's body's built itself up around it. With 1/3 of the world still insisting it isn't broken, and why make such a fuss about it? It seems that you know what the fuss is all about as well. Looking forward to hearing more from you!
