Oh, there you are! Well, hi there! Can I just say it is good to be back? I tell you, three months is a very long time to be away, and not a lot happened. Really! Not much at all!

Here we are at the beginning of week 5. I can't believe it! FIVE weeks of more focused life style change and activity. This week I changed up my bands, and started doing more leg focused training, along with daily back exercises to keep strengthening. Here's my question I never thought about before. I am a good 700 calories under my 1800 budgeted, but I am not hungry. Think it is a bad thing to stick to this? I am taking a multi-vitamin every morning. I think I am just keeping busy enough that my hunger addiction can't screw with me too much so I'm not nearly hungry like I usually THINK I am.
