Report The Kingdom Of God And The Law Of Love in False Doctrines of the Christian Church A blog by hereticzero in General Posted August 12, 2011 I believe we are the Divine, we create our own joy and misery. The ability to be a 'divine' person is the willingness to forgive. Caring for people in misery shows a forgiving nature. People also care for others just to gain a higher stature among their peers. It is still care for another person. Religion has proven it is neither loving nor forgiving. If people left their religion, they would have confidence in themselves and know where the misery and suffering come from. When we do well to each other, the Divine is a great work. When we all claim god is on our sides then we do evil to each other, it shows the Divine in us is evil. Even animals lower than human show a capacity for caring and love for their offspring. Love is a universal trait among beings with life, that is why I say it is a universal law. No god is required.
