crazy-tiger Posted January 10, 2007 Author Share Posted January 10, 2007 Almost the center of a town, within spitting distance of the local exchange, and it's taken 6 weeks to get someone out to connect us to the phone network... the DSL connection is going to take another week at least. (the joys of dial-up.... ) £125 to be connected to the phone network, which consisted of someone spending a hour drilling a hole and stringing 10 foot of wire to the ground connection outside...
