Now it has become fairly obvious to me, as should be fairly obvious to anyone here, that CNN isn't in the business to report the news, but moreso to shape public opinion. And it's the direction they're trying to push public opinion that is so distressing to me. Anyone who has at least half a brain should be clawing out their eyeballs after viewing this garbage. I can't believe that anyone who doesn't cry betrayal and insult from their trusted news agency either hasn't been conditioned not to question, or has an IQ higher than 60. Cases in point: Video one demonstrates for the millionth time that supermodels wearing sexy clothing harmful to 13 year old girl, complete with egghead explaining the 3 C's of moral sexual behavior. Next, they'll be showing the harmful effects on adolescent males of the media's portrayal of successful entreprenuers, doctors and lawyers and thuggish rap stars scoring all the ladies. In my dreams. Video 2 shows the controversy over medical marijuana, briefly stating the proponents' view and then examining in length how marijuna is FUCKING EVIL MAN!!!!!!!!! CNN makes it fairly obvious they fully endorse the second stance, citing tired statistical 'evidence' from the 1960's. Here's a gem "The American Cancer Society DOES NOT endorse the use of medical marijuana." Well duh. Slap me silly . Because my memory is REALLY FUCKING IMPAIRED from a lifetime of smoking marijuana. Video 3 exposes the antichrist, here in the embodiment of a sports drink called Shooter which has a warning on the label. While they fail to indicate the the LABEL of the sports drink clearly indicates it contains 300 mg of caffein (about the same as 3 cups of coffee) along with yohimbine, and herbal viagra of sorts, they don't fail to mention that 3 INNOCENT CHILDREN complained they got a bit jittery after drinking how many cans of said sport drink. Therefore, all EVIL SPORTS DRINKS must be BANNED without further examination! Overall message: The sheeple must be protected by big government. The personal accountability that comes with freedom is too high a price to pay for the majority, you better believe it so help me bob.
