Ahh! Posted May 27, 2007 Share Posted May 27, 2007 These Muslims at the Wu Tang Clan's website are acting nuts. When I told them I was more interested in Sikhism than Islam, they flipped. Ever since, they've had it out for me. So I posted this last thread, as I suspect I will soon be banned (I posted a video of the Koran burning in retaliation to some very rude comments by a Muslim about atheists.) If I am banned, act as you feel appropriate against the Wu Tang Clan and their fan site. They allow Muslims to post outrageous statements (including: the Jews control world governments, that Jews and Christians know Islam is true but don't convert because they are racist, that Jews are really Satan's children, and that 9/11 was an inside job done for the sole reason of discrediting Islam) but when I criticize Islam, I am immediately targeted. I want them to get the message they can get rid of me, but many more will stand up after I'm gone. Make accounts and debate the Muslims. Ahh!, I sympathize with you. A lot of misunderstanding comes from so small mistakes in how people read things. Like you mentioned a thread, and basically they didn't get it just because they didn't read the word "...if..." in the sentence. It's extremely frustrating when that happens. I've noticed that a lot of people I know can not really think on a meta-level, like "thinking about thinking" etc, and some can't even think in hypothetical ways. And the only way to get them to understand is to say it in completely different ways or take it from other angles, or sometimes overstating the obvious first, like "...I'm black, but if I was not black, but white, what would..." people tend to get it better. Maybe they were pissed because he's much more handsome than George Michael is. Wu Tang Clan? Now isn't that one of those rap/R&B/hiphop groups like P.M. Dawn? I used to listen to P.M.Dawn as a teenager because I thought they were a Christian rap group. Found out some years after they split one of them converted to Islam among other things!
