It just will never go away no matter how much you disbelieve it. They talk about the "Word of God" WHAT GOD? Who wrote these so-call "Holy Books"? Nobody knows. Who were these Holy Men? Study the history of the Popes for at least the first 1500 years of Christianity and see how holy they were. Read about Alexander VI and his wives, hoars and illegitimate children and the son he had murdered. Then look at the recent history of Paedophiles in many Christian Denominations especially the infamous Roman Catholic Church. Look at the behaviour of "famous" American Evangalists like Jimmy Bakker and Jimmy Swigert. The Old Testament relates storys of a "god" that intervened in mankind ordering the slaughter of those who "he" though offended "him". Why does that not happen now? BECAUSE THERE IS NO "GOD".
