Sexton Blake
A "clean joke" club is one thing (though adults may get bored) but christian jokes? Religious people are notorious for not having a sense of humour about anything to do with their religion. Tell the wrong joke and the club is dead from then onwards with christian fanatics protesting noisily outside.
Apostate called Jimmy
A "clean joke" club is one thing (though adults may get bored) but christian jokes? Religious people are notorious for not having a sense of humour about anything to do with their religion. Tell the wrong joke and the club is dead from then onwards with christian fanatics protesting noisily outside. My family has a good sense of humour and will laugh at just about anything funny, but one little harmless joke about Jesus will piss them off. I'm talking about jokes that aren't even meant to be offensive. So yeah, the religious take their beliefs very seriously.
