LordofGondor
My family and I attended church of christ up until I was four or five. Then we went to a Babtist church, which I have gone to almost every sunday 'til about six months ago. I never got babtised and I rarely took communion (grape juice? are you serious?). I don't even know if I ever sincerely believed any of what I was taught in sunday school.

Kalidasa
Anglican Church of Australia until five months before my sixteenth. I did spend seven years at a private school that was under the auspices of the Reformed Church of Australia, though (and a very fundy branch at that). Biggest waste of my time and my parents' money ever.

InfiniteDeist
Southern Baptist. I could probably get more specific than that but I would have to ask around. I wasn't a Christian long, it took me all of a week to go from Southern Baptist to apathetic.
