Outback Jack
http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2008/03/expelled.php Summary: A biologist is not allowed to watch "Expelled." But his guest was. The guest was Richard Dawkins! Followup story here. This is the second story I've heard about someone not being allowed to watch the movie. Seems awfully hypocritical for people who just claim that they want people to hear "both 'theories'".
Ouroboros
I wonder if he could sue? If he can, he should.
Telesmith
Oh that was tasty! I'm licking the irony from my lips.
Outback Jack
I wonder if he could sue? If he can, he should. Doubtful because it was a special showing. But I wouldn't personally support a lawsuit anyway. I think it's much more entertaining to see the IDiots make fools of themselves like this. Stupid, hypocritical MF-ers! scitsofreaky
http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2008/03/expelled.php Summary: A biologist is not allowed to watch "Expelled." But his guest was. The guest was Richard Dawkins! Followup story here. This is the second story I've heard about someone not being allowed to watch the movie. Seems awfully hypocritical for people who just claim that they want people to hear "both 'theories'". Not only is PZ a scientist (and teacher), but I guess he is also in the movie. My guess is they felt he was a threat because of his blog following (like me). His daughter blogged her review of the movie. It sounds worse than I thought.
