I did not mean to imply that I thought xians actually practice real personal responsibility, and I actually agree with your assessment. My using the term in quotes was an attempt to convey that many people (and I expected that it was tied to xians) throw the term about pretty freely, and as one of those audacious code phrases that doesn't exactly mean what it says.
