Guest Davka
Nice. Of course, they knew where to look because of the groundwork laid by previous moon exploration - but still, this is excellent news. The potential for creating a permanent moon base just got a whole lot closer to reality. Our stepping-stone to the stars.

Guest Davka
I heard more about this on NPR today - apparently, the water is in a completely unfamiliar form. It's not liquid, solid, or gas. It's a thin film a few molecules thick, which waxes and wanes throughout the lunar day. So they've discovered a completely new cyclical process on the moon, and now the question is, where does the water come from, and where does it go? With no atmosphere, evaporation is not an option.
