"Given that the nineteenth century was the century of Socialism, ofLiberalism, and of Democracy, it does not necessarily follow that thetwentieth century must also be a century of Socialism, Liberalism andDemocracy: political doctrines pass, but humanity remains, and it mayrather be expected that this will be a century of authority ... acentury of Fascism. For if the nineteenth century was a century ofindividualism it may be expected that this will be the century ofcollectivism and hence the century of the State."

-- Benito Mussolini

(1883-1945), Italian dictator during WW2

"It used to be the boast of free men that,

so long as they kept within

the bounds of the known law,

there was no need to

ask anybody's permission

or to obey anybody's orders.

It is doubtful whether any of us

can make this claim today."

"A State which dwarfs its men, in order that

they may be more docile instruments in its hands --

even for beneficial purposes -- will find that

with small men no great thing can really be accomplished."

-- John Stuart Mill

C'mon, my friend, make your point!

We need a new movement. One that encompasses the heartfelt thought of socialism(not the reality), the acceptance of non-deity worship, one that reaches out to encompass all of humanity, one that cares about EVERY person on this planet, one that doesn't encourage personal wealth above universal existence. Please speak to me!
