Thanks for posting this, Margee. Isn't it odd that a teacher of religious studies is agnostic? Also found it interesting how his response to Ecclesiastes is the viewpoint of humanism.

I love Bart Ehrman's stuff. He seems like a really nice guy too. I wrote to him twice and he actually wrote back both times.

Funny ugene - how Ecclesiastes intuitively was always my favorite book in the bible! I loved this lecture!
