What they mean is requiring teachings to lead children in prayer. Plus the sheer idiocy of the phrase. How could mere mortals force an omnipotent and omnipresent being out of anywhere? Regardless, there's no prohibition against children taking Bibles to school, or praying and talking about their faith in school, as long as it's not done in a disruptive way. I did exactly that when I was in public high school in the late 80s and early 90s, and I never got any shit for it. There's still no law against that. What they really want is a theocracy where teachers push Christianity onto their students, but what if the teacher happens to be Hindu or Muslim or anything else other than mainstream Christianity?
