Daniel10_12, REPENT!

The Holy Ghost

Recommended Posts

I attend regularly, a non-denominational church.

Well, that explains everything.

Non-denoms are the most hateful, bitter, spiteful, judgemental, bloodthirsty, vicious, wicked, detestable, abhorrent people I've ever had the misfortune of meeting.

I should've guessed, though.

Yes I am very serious. What fun would it be if only we ex-christians were here? I rather enjoy being preached to, it reminds me of what I used to be and what I came out of. If you don't want to hear from Xians, don't come to the "Lion's Den".

Not all christians are the same...

Danny is, as far as I know, the ONLY christian that pissed off so many people that there was a fucking POLL to decide if he had to be kicked out or kept here.

I find Pug, iprayican and madgerbil funnier than him. Daniel isn't listening to anything we say. He has lost my last drop of respect when he started purposely misquoting people. :vent:

I don't enjoy his posts.

But I enjoy reading other people's replies to his posts. I love that wonderful feeling when everybody realize: "Hey, we all agree that daniel is a moron... AGAIN!". It is so beautiful when everybody agree on something.

And I love to see his shoddy logic crushed and destroyed time after time. Now who doesn't love THAT?

Bluesman,

You're right, I should pray for the people I speak with on these boards more.

If you were His, and you turned your back on Him, He'll take you back. It's not the same for everyone. There are some here on the boards that probably truly are ex-Christians. However, there are many many, who definitely are not. I'm just looking for the signs. For some, they need to see the truth of their false conversion, so that they will repent and truly come to God. For others, perhaps for yourself, just need to return to Him.

I don't point it out to condemn beyond the point of redemption... but to condemn, so that the condemned might be redeemed. Unless first condemned by the law, a man cannot be saved from it. :)

Devout Christians have sex out of wed lock and give blowjobs all the time.

I take it that was intended as sarcasm. No of course devout christians don't do these things ... unless their names happen to be either Bakker, Swaggert or any number of others, and if that's what the leadership is like, well then, like master like man.

Mind you I can still remember Swaggert publicly repenting (or shedding crocodile tears at any rate). I damn near bust a gut laughing, it was the best comedy I ever saw, and all buckshee too!

On a more serious side, if some of the statements he made to one prostitute have any truth in them, he is very near to being a paedophile, yet the man still has a ministry and a congregation.

So, this "altar boy" who is not an "ex-Christian" was, while a Christian, throwing hustler mags into his backpack... and trying to help his friend like girls more, and cause his friend to lust? Well... that's interesting.

?? He's trying to SAVE his friend because he was concerned that his friend might be a sodomite since he wasn't so interested in girls.

He was a 15 year old kid. You expect some sort of highly intelligent and rational decision? Apparently, accepting Jesus as your lord and saviour doesn't actually bestow you with such faculties.

I guess it would've been more Christian of Jose to make pointed comments about his friends lack of attraction to girls, make specific innuendos about his sexual orientation, band up with some of his other peers to make fun of this friend.

Looks like you don't even know good intent even if it hit you in the balls like a demolision ball.

 My monitor started smokin' once I started reading your post.

Did you visit the other site that he linked to?

You know, the one with the rich white dude with the happy family?

Plus, check out these fervent-assed homies he has prayin' at his crib! (see attachment)

The only females that I saw at that site,

were the ones in the main dude's family.

But then again, I didn't view the WHOLE site.

Yeah, I've seen Calvary Chapel's websites before.

I've never been impressed.

And I love how it's that I don't know what I'm talking about. Gee, Chuck Smith made a video all about how wunnerful it is that Tex Watson is forgiven, blah blah blah, and Abounding Love LINKS to a site where you can buy the damn video! Check out www.aboundinglove.org, look at the lower right hand corner, you'll find it. I wasn't impressed.

Yeah...I've researched this thoroughly (Google and Wikipedia are my friends, thanks), but I don't know.

:Wendywhatever:

Gee, think he was a little pissed off that his church supports a babykiller?

It's just too easy to start shooting down Calvary Chapelites with Tex Watson. Not one of their finer moments, I tell ya.

Yep, I know what I'm talking about.

Biola University is run by Calvary Chapel.

Calvary Chapel is run by Chuck Smith, who is a huckster at best.

Chuck Smith is very, very supportive of Tex Watson.

Tex Watson is a convicted killer, and one of his victims was a very pregnant woman. Her baby died when she died, murdered by Tex Watson.

Chuck Smith supports a babykiller.

And you, boy, are a moron.

Daniel (as you seem to be active here),

You know, you still haven't established your god as the best deal, or even close to the real deal (I'll let others argue about whether or not there is a god). Care to take a crack at that one?

Seems you know an awful lot about people you haven't ever actually met. A lot about their motivations, their pasts, and what their actual feelings were and are. Does your god directly download that to you, or is it just your defenses kicking in. I can understand the later. Were I a christian here, I would have to shut out everything and ignore the meat of debates to avoid some very painful cognative dissonance. What has hurt you so much that you have to retreat into a suicide to restore your identity?

I was waiting for Heb 6: 4-6 to come up on this site. I've been taught both ways. As a Baptist, it was "Once saved, always saved", if thats the case, than if I'm wrong, oh well, I'm into heaven anyway. Isn't Baptist Dogma great!!!! Now as a Penticostal/Charismatic, it was "fall from grace and never recover. well if thats the case...I'm fucked!!!!! But you see, the churches can't even agree on improtant theological matters, maybe they have the plan of salvation wrong too :ugh: .

You can read my ex-testimony here. And maybe understand why I feel the way I do. http://www.exchristian.net/testimonies/200...r-something.php

Daniel forgets that I was Catholic at one point in time.

So long as I make a full and complete confession to a priest, I could eat babies for breakfast, rape nuns all the way to the bus stop, brain sixteen old people on the way up the aisle to the confessional with the holy water font while masturbating to gay porn... and then, upon completing my penance with the intent to sin no more, die and go to heaven.

Go directly to heaven.

Do not pass Go, do not collect any time in Purgatory, just get my holy little ass right to the big man and sing joyfully at all you non-denominational fucks getting your asses fried in Hell because you didn't follow God's one, true, Apostolic chuch.

You don't deny Christ because of evidence... or maybe not even believe in God because of evidence.  Like everyone else, you don't "believe" because of sin.  You fear the light, because your deeds might be exposed.  It's better to realize your religiousity of the past, as I once was religious myself before converting, and so you can become a Christian... realizing you never were to begin with.

106652

So, let me get this straight, Daniel. You are asexual. You are not attracted to either women or men. You don't have to have a hustler mag on your coffee table to be sinful. All you have to do is take a second peek at the lady in pew #6, and notice that her dress is sliding up her thigh.

Perhaps you should do as Origen, one of your spiritual forefathers did. Castrate yourself for Jesus.

Oh, man. In looking at that picture, I realized that Daniel is just a punk kid who hasn't even reached puberty yet. Shit, he's not even old enough to take an interest in girls yet.

That explains a lot. He's one of those teenagers who has all of the answers to life at the ripe old age of 17.

Ah. Dan is a Calvary Chapel.

Well, since I was Calvary Chapel a couple of years, just before de-converting, and Daniel claims I was never a true Christian, and can only conclude that Calvary Chapel is not a true Christian Church, so that settles it. Daniel belongs to a heretic cult. He made the wrong choice.

Those verses are a source of disagreement amongst Christians that I pointed out to Daniel when he claimed that he doesn't disagree with any Christians...

That, and it very neatly shows that Daniels interpretation of the Gospel is wrong, since he says you can go back if you were once with God.

Oh, and he also says that if you were with God, you would never leave... the guy even disagrees with himself.

A mod probably got rid of it.

Incidentally, for future reference, Señores del Moderatores, you can leave my name on anything I post. If I cared whether it was public information, I wouldn't post it online.

It's so liberating to no longer have anything to hide.

Daniel your a fool... I can't believe you can't see your errors. In the past i have made some of the most convincing arguments against you and you never once answered me. Daniel, the only reason your here, is the same reason i was at Ki-teachings.net a year or two ago. You feel you are doing GAWDS righteous duty and ignore logic when its right there in front of your face. The answers have always been there, you just wont let yourself see it.

.................

Why do you even bother to go?  You know the message.  You are already saved.  What do you get from this "how to get saved" sermon that your church preaches every week?

106697

Disco! Why DO Christians run back and forth to church each week? Twice on Sunday and Wednesday night for "teaching"? Aren't you "saved" already? Don't you "know" what you believe? 1 John 2:27 says that you have no need for anyone to teach you, since you HAVE the Holy Ghost. So why this neediness for church attendance?

Oh, that's right! You must be "undergirded" in your faith. You must get your spirit recharged. In other words, you just might stop believing if the pastor and other Christians don't reinforce your brain washing!

It is a proven FACT that people who quit going to church, and stop associating with Christianity, are FAR more prone to lose their faith. It's that evil sin of "worldliness". (I call it FREE THOUGHT.)

Why should any of you need another Chrsitian to remain in the faith? Don't you HAVE the Holy Ghost with you and WITHIN you? Why do you require this Christian cheerleading section then? Hmmm?

Face facts. You've been busted. Your pastor needs you in church every week for your money (he doesn't have a REAL job), and for reinforcing your brain washing.

:loser:

But that's just it, the point I was trying to make to our young friend is that his church does not in fact "undergird" the faith per se. Instead, Calvary is wholy focused on the salvation message - the gospel. Week after week after week they are bombarded with a "how to get saved" message followed by an alter call. I went to a Baptist church for a while that was the same. It gets old real fast. Essentially the pastor goes draws from his book 101 Ways to Present the gospel on Saturday evening. This, after a Wednesday night service where the faithful are grilled to invite their friends, relatives, and coworkers to the Sunday am alter call service. Long time members are doomed to stay in the baby christian phase, the worst of the worst phases IMO. Only the most braindead xtian could put up with this sort of mind boggling repetition for more than a year or two.
