Take Charge Rant

So in Louisiana there is a program called Take Charge. It is for women's health and family planning. I reapplied for my coverage and sent in the information. The bitch who is in charge of my info apparently can't read a paystub because I was rejected on the basis that I apparently make $2600.00 a month. Um. No. I don't. If I made that much I'd be paying for actual fucking insurance! What the fuck!!! Really!? So I called and left a message as soon as I got the letter and called this morning. Apparently, the death of a fake god is more important than actually working. What the hell happened to this spearation of church and state!? This pisses me off. Seriously. PISSES ME OFF!!! So I sent in a spread sheet with a break down of monthly gross earnings, net earnings, and YTD information, pay stubs broken into individual months for January-March, and a copy of the decision letter with the information underlined. I've already called the appeals line. This is total bullshit.

Admittedly, the cost for a visit to Planned Parenthood is $120.00 which I don't have at the moment. My BF is going to pay for it instead and I'll pay him back. This just pisses me off? Why can't they hire people who can read a paystub? Did she even look at it? I am so fucking pissed right now.

You're expecting way too much from government employees, especially in the South. Good luck getting things straightened out.

Yeah, you're right. I've called the appeal line. It's just like are you really that dumb (my thoughts towards the worker) especially after we went over the information. *sigh*
