Ouroboros Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 Ex-C helped me by allowing me to let out the flood of emotions that followed my de-conversion. It has been my place where I can scream, curse, and rant and then just let go of whatever was causing those feelings. I'm glad that we have this place where I'm allowed to be angry and say what I think. It upsets me when people come here and accuse us of hate and "harmful" anger, when this is exactly what I think some people need to be able to move on. Almost everyone I know is Christian, and I have never known anyone to deconvert. It was a scary and isolating thing to do. I had no one who understood. No one I could talk to you.
