hereticzero
http://www.dinet.org/pots_an_overview.htm My daughter was a healthy active 17 year old. Now she is practically bedridden. I'm going out of my mind with fear; everything I read about it fills me with despair. But we're early on in this thing. Maybe they will find a cause for this and address it, or maybe she go back to the way she was. I don't know much, and I can't do anything. If anybody knows about this I would really like to know. This is seriously messing with the whole family. http://www.dinet.org/pots_an_overview.htm An overview of POTS.
slave2six
Our next step is to see a specialist at Vanderbilt. This can't go on. She is in bed most of the day, on the couch for the rest. It takes her an hour to recover from the effort of showering. Please keep us informed.
RenaissanceWoman
Any updates to report, Ro-bear? Any progress? Anything we can do or say to cheer to you up? I'm serious if there's anything I can do to help. Send her a card or a holiday gift card to iTunes or anything? My biggest pet peeve as a christian was people who said they would pray for me, but then never did anything to help in real life. I assure you, I live the opposite. I tell the people I like, "I'll do anything you need, even if it's weird." That always gets a laugh. So speak up if there's anything.

Ro-bear, I second RW's request to please speak up if there's anything we can do. We care and we want you, your daughter, your whole family to know that we do.
