Super Moderator florduh Posted November 22, 2013 Super Moderator Share Posted November 22, 2013 Great! I've never seen that before. I'm glad I don't eat fish because I've caught several puffers over the years!

Vigile
What they aren't telling you is it's really the Raelians, not puffers.
hereticzero
I believe an animals level of creativity is also a part, some how, of evolution. If people weren't so creative, they probably would have died out thousands of years ago. Is creativity instinctual or is it intellectual (not an intellectualism as defined by humans but one by nature). Some animals, such as monkeys and crows for example, teach other members of their species how to adapt by using tools or foraging techniques. In the case of the puffer fish, what was it that triggered the impulse to create elaborate nests using mostly one fin to shape it? I think ancient creativity genes? Justin
Kind of looks like a giant asshole under water. Fascinating either way.
ExCBooster
Wow! That's so cool. They are like underwater bower birds. Now I've got something to add to the coconut tool using octopuses, the social deception cuttlefish, and the wave hunting orcas! Awesomepants!
