Reject religions who seek to trap you 2. Seek the truth within your own heart 3. Be careful of ego, ego will keep you away from obtaining real joy 4. Be careful of religions that breed hatred or self righteousness 5. Remain peaceful and compassionate, it will help you defeat your enemy, ego 6. Be suspicious of those who try to convert you, no religion is the only path to happiness 7. Be free in your life, what you decide is totally up to you. 8. Any act or belief that breeds or involves ego is spiritual poison 9.
