Sorry guys not trying to be negative here, but Hitler was far from true christian. He may have used christianity to appeal to the predominately christian populace, but Hitler had other Ideas in mind. Hitler was massively into the occult and took most of his ideas from Madame Blavatsky(spl?) and other major occultists of the past. Hitler may have started of christian but he didn't end up that way.

Hitler would have said he was the 10th incarnation of vishnu if the German people were Hindu, If you understand the mind of his kind you understand what they will say anything just for power. And Hitler had been seeing Psychics and palm readers since his early involvement with German Workers Party. Dietrich Eckart told him in his early days that he would be the new Fuhrer of Germany, after holding a seance he said told him so.

"It is only on one or two exceptional points that Christ and Hitler stand in comparison, for hitler is far to big a man to be compared with one so petty."

-Herman Goering

A speech which Hitler and all the top brass of the Nazi party applauded.

"National Socialism and Religion cannot exist together.... the heaviest blow ever struck was the coming of christianity.

-Adolf Hitler 11th-12th july 1941

"Christianity is rebelion against natural law, a protest against nature. Taken to its logical extreme, Christianity would mean systematic cultivation of the Human failure"

-Adolf Hitler

I have more but at the moment I am pressed for time

Peace,

BC

Linking Hitler to Madame Blavatsky is totally unfair. She influenced virtually every school of mystical though in Western Culture from Theosophy, to Western Cabala, to Golden Dawn.

Personally, I think he was one sicko bastard and apparently he used all kinds of reasoning to justify his outright hateful way.s

True, certain people need very little self-justification to do the most heinous or stupidest things ever. It doesn't make the philosophy that they used wrong. In some ways it's shifting the blame from the individual (Hitler) to that of the philosophy.

Saying "Atheism is wrong because it created Hitler" is just as wrong as saying "Christianity is wrong because it created Hitler".

Sorry guys... from the way it looked in a few other threads, it looked like that many of you were saying that hitler did these things because he was a christian... I got confused. He may have used the bible but he was not a christian. I merely pointed out a fact and i stick by it considering I have studied Hitler for over 10 years. I will not support a false claim, some were saying hitler was a christian and he was no more a christian than he was a Norseman. Sorry Foxy I wasn't Blaming Madame Blavatsky, I was just saying that he got Ideas from her, just as anyone would. It all depends on how you interperate it.

She spoke of the superior Aryan race and that was a major cause for the Eugenics movement.

Vulgaris was that a stab at me... I'm not saying I agree with Christians you know, but I'm not going to support false interpretations either. Sorry for the misunderstanding everyone.

peace,

Hitler was a turd because he murdered his own race for the sake of a few of them. There are many even in the white supremacist movement who are against Hitler because of all the blood spilt in WWII. No matter what you believe in, garbage is garbage, no matter what religion they use to justify themselves.

Hitler is more a lesson about the gullible nature of the masses than it is of the dangers of religion. The political climate in post WWI Germany was that of frustration and anger against foreigners and Hitler was a charismatic speaker who was able to speak to that frustration and pour gasoline onto the fire, so to speak.

I will stick with the fact the Hitler was, indeed, a Christian-- and like all Xtians, was schizo about his faith. Evidence for this abounds at http://www.nobeliefs.com/Hitler1.htm , as well as a documentary concerning this subject.

Himmler did create that SS-cult center, and there is also abundant evidence for the quasi-pagan (more at pseudo-pagan) "rituals" that the Nazis aped.

But even if Hitler was not a Christian, his willing executioners most certainly were; and he was strongly supported by the churches. Heil Jesus!
