MrSpooky Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 I wrote this story a couple years ago as a way to address the Fine Tuning Argument, but at the time I'd fallen away from the Ex-Christian community due to real life stuff. It's something that was a little bit slippery to address at the time (I list my reasons in the second link) and it was even supported by Ken Miller, the evolutionary biologist who has otherwise done so much great work to help combat creationism. So now that I'm back I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on it. Please enjoy! https://beaglebob.wordpress.com/2014/02/13/crapsack-world-alternate-title-fine-tuning-argument-2/ Also, here are my more specific thoughts on the matter: https://beaglebob.wordpress.com/2014/02/13/crapsack-world-and-the-fine-tuning-argument/
☆ pantheory ☆ Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 For my own cosmological model reality is like a jigsaw puzzle in that however complicated reality may seem, it can only be put together in one single way. Everything that exists concerning the laws of physics would accordingly be co-dependent on every other so-called law of physics. The way that we observe the universe would be the only way it could exist. For such a universe the fine-tuning argument would not apply.
