My stress levels are so high

Ive being doing jury duty, and it hasn't finished yet.

The stress is unreal.

The training consists of watching a quick DVD and that's about it. And one of the jurors is one of those loud, know it all types that makes me sick........

I truly, truly cannot wait for it to be over.

At least you don't have to stress out about burning for eternity for that anger.

It's over, thank goodness, I hope I am never called again.

I always wanted JD and for some reason, never got called. Living outside the country so many years probably didn't help.

I would love to nullify and that's exactly what I would do if the crime were victimless. Fuck the evil US police state. It's seriously twisted.

If you are in the USA,  all you have to do to be pretty much disqualified from it ever again is to use the phrase "Jury Nullification" in a sentence when you are talking to another juror and they will throw you out of there so fast your head will spin.

Yup, which is why if it ever happens, I'll keep my mouth shut and just do it.

When they ask  you if you can be impartial, say No. :)

Obviously I can only speak from the experience from a UK perspective, but it was awful......

An aggressive juror, a nasty  nasty case as well.......

Please dear god, never again.

I have had to do it twice now, next time I shall try much harder to be excused
