SeniorCitizen007
In Acts 13, 6-9 Saul's name suddenly changes to Paul ... whilst he is in the presence of Sergius Paulus, the Roman governor of Cyprus, and Barjesus ... which is rather curious, eh? I've pointed this out to numerous Christians of many different denominatons ... and have always got a "blank" response. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sergius_Paulus
mymistake
I'm not seeing the significance. Are you suggesting that the first author to take the pen name "Paul the Apostle" was part of the ruling family? Or that the author of Luke/Acts was trying to falsify a connection? Or did you have something else in mind?
