pantheory
Space X and reusable rockets is a big deal. It gets the costs down which enables more affordable future launches. Will be looking forward to the successful return after this upcoming launch. 1
♦ nivek ♦
Watched launch today. New broadcast tech sure made things much more interesting than those extended view ground based cameras. kL
Super Moderator buffettphan Posted May 13, 2018 Super Moderator Share Posted May 13, 2018 Kev, when I was on vacation last month, we were in Florida about 30 miles away from Cape Canaveral and watched a launch from the beach. You could also hear and feel the sonic boom. It was a most awesome experience! Not to mention a local party-time experience! Beer-packed coolers and cheap thrills for a bunch of old farts.
