...for providing this forum!  As to introductions, I was raised in a fundamentalist Baptist church as a youth, then jumped from the frying pan into the fire with Pentecostalism as a young adult.  Served as an associate pastor in a small church for some years before I finally deconverted in my mid-30's.

Love to see this community, and I'm pretty sure I've seen some of you in past forums.

I think the evidence suggest that the most informed  & committed atheists are former fundamentalist preachers! :woohoo:

Welcome, @Intheory! I grew up fundamentalist myself, and although I never dabbled in Pentacostalism I have a picture because my dad was into it before I was born, and wouldn't stop talking about it. Deconversion is a long journey but it's worth it! :)
