PurpleLilac
For the parents out there, did anyone see Small Foot??? I thought it was an amazing nod to deconstructing, realizing a bigger world and (gasp) choosing to interact with it! There were some fantastic quotes in there. My favorite was “if you have questions, push them deep deep down until they disappear”. It was the perfect movie to watch with my three kids and Christian husband. MamaCaz
I haven't yet, but it sounds great! I heard about it in a secular homeschoolers FB group, and since many of the people there are also ex christians they were excited to show it to their children and discuss it. I need to check it out. Super Moderator buffettphan Posted November 6, 2018 Super Moderator Share Posted November 6, 2018 Took my grandkids to see it. We all loved it -- even my DFH (DearFundyHubby).
Fweethawt
So it's an openly secular cartoon?

PurpleLilac
It’s definitely subtle, but the messages are all through it and can’t possibly be missed. Pluggedinonline and similar Christian websites mention its many good points but caution parents to keep their eyes open and be ready to answer questions or have talks on the ride home.
