Browsing here the past year has been an experience of relief of knowing that I am not alone, and also an experience of awe of people standing up for themselves under extremely difficult circumstances that dwarf mine (not that it's a competition). Give yourself a break. Pat yourself on the back. Take a deep breath and 'remember who you are' a la Lion-King style.
