Christian "health insurance" ordered to stop

It seems that there is a Christian "health insurance" program out there that avoids regulation and fails to pay claims. They claim that they are a pool of members who will cover each other's costs, but the organizations have left some people with hundreds of thousands in unpaid medical bills.
