Such as the above. When I don't know for sure what the person is saying, or meaning, I tend to not respond because I do not want to offend. Perhaps this is due to growing up in different societies where different phraseology is used? Does the above quote mean you are tired of getting the silent treatment? Also consider that perhaps not everyone is interested in discussing everything you want to discuss, when you want to discuss it. We all do that from time to time.
