Your faith would come up short.

 

You would have nothing concrete, no real world evidence to support your beliefs.

It's the bible that's saying you have nothing concrete Edgarcito and I'm just agreeing with it.

 

 

Hebrews 11 : 1 - 3

 

1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 

2 This is what the ancients were commended for.

3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

 

See also John 20 : 24 - 31, Edgarcito, where the 'not' in verse 29 applies to you.  

 

 

In biblical Christianity faith applies to things not seen or not yet seen.

 

Since you believe in Jesus by faith, according to scripture you have not seen him.

 

You believe by faith that you will see him, but up to now you haven't seen him.

 

That is why you have nothing concrete (like Jesus in the flesh) to show for your faith.

 

If you have a problem with this, take it up with god, not me.
