On a 6,000 year old Earth, it is not enough time for white people to become black people, so if you are a black YEC, your God must have made black people for some reason.

 

There are a few with black agendas on Quora, one in particular who sees white people as some horrible mutation and lies about black people doing this and that in history, using the same old lies, with some twisting of a bit of science. If you have been to Egypt, you see they are tanned whites and not blacks as such liars claim.

 

"Humans" started coming out of Africa some 1.8 million years ago, in numbers that we noticed.

 

Modern Man appeared around 300,000 years ago, so there is a million and a half years to adapt to cooler climates with less UV in sunlight, so less melanin, the stuff that gives people brown skin, etc.

You are referring to Black young-Earth creationists YEC.  Not just humans, but other animals need vitamin D. Animals that are white in color can be found at, or near both poles, north of south primarily for camouflage reasons.  The bible explanation of Noah's flood and the tower of Babel  to explain the color and race differences of man are  explanations for children and the weak minded to explain these differences.

 

btw Sexton, since you have expressed a prime interest in the universe, why don't you chime in on the "universe" threads now in the science vs. religion forum.
