☆ pantheory ☆
Walterthefirst quote: "You claimed that your science papers were published and peer-reviewed. However, from the information you've given I cannot verify your claim. From the results I've gleaned it appears that six of your fifteen papers have not been peer-reviewed. From what you say in your reply you do not know the identities of any of the scientists who (may or may not have) peer-reviewed the remaining nine. So whether or not these papers have been peer-reviewed cannot be established. Further investigation seems to reveal that Researchgate itself does not perform peer-review. https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_to_I_find_out_if_an_article_is_peer-reviewed Since you have prohibited me from asking you any questions I therefore have no choice but to request that you show where you your science papers have been published in science journals other than researchgate. Please do so to establish the truth of your claim that your science papers have been both published and peer-reviewed." ------------------------------------------ Walter, I explained it to you in detail more than once before. You need to do more research yourself to better understand the process. I know your not a scientist and don't know how these things work, but you need to find another source of information other than me since when I answer, all you want to do is forever argue with the correct answers concerning the system of publication, that you never seem to understand IMO. This is the last time I will explain it to you again. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that your prime interest is not in the subject itself. Your prime interested is in an argument, and mine never has been. After my brief explanation that follows, I will not respond to you again. If you are hell-bent of arguing, the only way anyone can walk away from arguing with you is to give you the last word which I always have to do with you. Again, look at the paper itself, I gave you a list of them and the links to access them. On each paper it will give the name of the publisher at the top of the paper and often the side of the paper. You can look it up and see if they are a mainstream journals. If they are, then the paper has been peer reviewed. Some papers are first self published, and others are published by a preprint server prior to journal publication like ResearchGate, to get criticisms and make changes if necessary, prior to submission for mainstream journal publication. walterpthefirst
I think I can see the problem, Pantheory. It could be due to some territorial issue or a glitch at my end, but I simply cannot access the links you have provided. So, unless the problem can be resolved I remain in a state of being unable to verify your claim about your work being both published and peer-reviewed. Since I can make no real progress on the issue I will therefore let the matter drop and consider the issue closed. Thank you for your efforts. Walter.
