Ouroboros
Btw, I was thinking that when some of these Christian fundamentalists want to deport homosexuals and atheist from states and even the country (like Ann Coulter proposed once), wouldn't that be a Social Darwinism? They think they can rid the human nature of the so called "sin" by removing a group of people from the population. In essence, they think the next generation won't become the same, since the "actors" are gone. This is exactly what Hitler thought. Remove certain elements of society, and the next generation will be "pure". That's what some Christians are working towards today. A new generation of Christianazists. Only by accepting and working a social order that can handle the differences and create a safetynet of tolerance can society move forward. The Christian bigotry is nothing but the same old "Devil" of hatered and conflict. So somehow, Christians do believe in Lamarck's Evolution and act on it. Very curious... Sorry for my interruption. Back to regular programming.

Back to regular programming. Remove the bad apples. The funny thing about removing the bad apples, literally and metaphorically, is that they keep showing up. In every bushel the chance of getting at least one is always there. You deport the known Atheists and homosexuals and new ones will appear. Deconversions and closet outings are always occurring. Not to mention as with evolution, when the environment gets tough, organisms adapt. You apply force and you get tougher Atheists and homosexuals. They would be inspired by the loss of their friends and family to struggle on and things would go up a notch. It'd be an arms race of sorts, like what happened between the dinosaurs and body armor vs. bigger teeth and stronger bodies.
Variable
I looked up on this particular sciencist, and apparently he believes in theistic evolution. The belief that the process of evolution is being controllled by God. Not quite a "true Christian".

Wow, these guys are sneaky with their intentionally vague and deceptive statement. They realize that Christians will look at this statement and see the entire list as nothing but creationists. Those veterans experienced in the battle and the tactics the ID people use, know to look deeper. As we all know, what makes a True Christian varies so much to be laughable! Put two of these highly variable True Christians in one room as see how they fight! I'm True! No, I'm True! lol...
Ouroboros
Remove the bad apples. The funny thing about removing the bad apples, literally and metaphorically, is that they keep showing up. Exactly. And the Christians believe they can breed a better culture and people by doing this. That's National Socialism. So I guess the rumours are true, the Neo-Cons with the hard core fundies, truly are becoming Nazis. I looked up on this particular sciencist, and apparently he believes in theistic evolution. The belief that the process of evolution is being controllled by God. Not quite a "true Christian". Thanks. Then it make complete sense. That I have no problem with. He probably read Genesis allegorical, and most of OT too. And he is not objecting against dating, findings etc, just the process.

Sparrow
I've read Mere Christianity too, but quite honestly the arguments in it were full of holes as well. He found Mere Chrstianity's arguments to be air tight? If this guy passes for a good scientist then I weep for science. I would have to agree with kuroikaze. How the fuck did this fuckwit crack the genetic code? Did somebody actually else do it? Sparrow
