Yeah, "he must," that's the thing an abusive partner says. The God of the OT quite often gives me that impression. It's exactly what you'd expect of a warlike and intolerant tribal God, which is what the OT describes. The Judeo-Christian God is a reflection of all of the negative traits that humans poses, the biggest two being jealousy and anger (anger for rather trivial things, I might add.). Yes, the immorality of the Abrahamic sky fairies is quite evident, as it is for the Greek sky fairies, and the Roman sky fairies, and the Aztec sky fairies, etc. Still, many of the myths have worthy allegorical and sometimes feigned history content.
