The moment Whites want to celebrate their ethnicity and heritage, and do so under those expressed auspices, it would be treated as if Hitler returned from the grave. It doesn't help that most of the people who try such things also would be happy with Hitler coming back And if there is a single major tv network that is all-White, all the time, please cite evidence.
