My life is an open book. Hopefully like good wine, I am improving with age and not turning into vinegar. And I loved the write up on Nebbiolo: "Good Nebbiolo can harmonize with the richest, strongest-flavored meats and stews, as well as dry, aged cheeses that may be too strong or distinctive for other wines."
