I'm sat here with a head that feels like it's gonna float away, that it's made of lead, (yeah... makes sense huh?) joints and muscles that feel like I've just done 3 days worth of dancing, a throat that feels like everything is coated in razor blades, a body temperature that's on a fucking rollercoaster... oh, and I have to go out and do some shopping or we'll starve tonight. (Don't force it, just keep at the clear liquids all day.) Get lots of rest. Take Tylenol for aches and fever, the minimum amount that helps. Oh yeah. And feel better soon. Flu sucks ass.
