Cracked Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 On December 12, 2008 I put an offer of $69,000 on a house that was offered at $64,900. I had to be approved through Wells Fargo before they would consider the offer,,, I was approved. I waited for more than a month for an answer and I got one today. I was denied, without an explanation (no other bids were put on the house). I've had my job for more than 8 years and it's still very stable, especially for the times we live in. Is this false advertisement? My tax dollars just went toward bailing this and other banks out of making bad decisions in the past and now I feel I'm being treated unfair from a bank that, again, I bailed out. ------- If I don't respond back right away, it's cause I work 7 days a week, 10 hours a day and I don't have a computer at work:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
