I did a lot of research and found that was false. I also learned that Xenu is very well hidden and not taught till much later on. In general I think Hubbard's stuff goes from good to progressively worse until it hits nonsense. It's like the man ran out of things to say and went back to science fiction. Most of "his" ideas are ripped off from psychologists with a special Hubbard spin to it. Its like he tried to mash science and all religions into one pot and label it his.
