♦ Fuego ♦
I'm in the midst of writing a book on Christianity, de-conversion, and possible paths that open afterward. I've got about 11 chapters so far. I know there are some on these forums who have authored books, and would like to know how you went about the publishing process. Were you satisfied with the results of your efforts, or not? Did your writing reach your intended audience? Was the book distributed in major outlets? I, like most authors, think that what I have to say is important and powerful. I am driven to write it regardless of how it is accepted. But I'd like to take steps to get it distributed well. If it ends up in a self-published dead-zone, I will be disappointed. So I ask for your experiences in the publishing process, good and bad.
