willybilly30
athiests say theirs no proof or god or an afterlife. and really you cant find that much proof. so if theirs no proof theirs a god or an afterlife why bother with christianity. im not gonna spend the possible ongly life i get following christianity when theirs no proof of a god why waste this precious fragile life on it. shoot whether you beleave in no afterlife, reincarnation or some form of paradise they all have one thing in common. this is the last time youll be who you are right now. lets say their is a god well god never came down and announced the bibles gods word or even said we gotta be in a certain religion. shoot if god cared if you beleaved or not god shure ant told yall anything. theirs no proof of that. christians cant proove beyond what their bible says that god said it was gods religion. god didnt deliver commands on the earth. i say if god even had a command itd be be yourself be what god made you. i ant gonna waste my life on something i dont beleave in or cant even proove is true. i dont know if theirs a god and im not gonna claim their is. im gonna be myself cause if theirs a creator he wouldnt of created me this way if he didnt want me this way. i learn so much on this group. If there was a god, then he would be the one who gave you a brain. Why would he condemn you to hell for using it? We're glad to have you here, too. Lizard
I wonder if that applies to the Christians that come here too? 99767 Hmm..some come for the fun, I would think. Like the Pharisees of old to say "Thank God I am not like those sinners!!" Then there's the evangelizing ones..who think we are a project to take on. Of course, deep down, I think its just a morbid curiosity..and an excuse to go where they shouldn't.. "Pastor, I went to the porno house to witness to those poor sinners, honest!" MQTA
i wonder if pastors realize their just stirring peoples couriosity condeming things lol 100361 All parents do that. That's why I offered my daughter to do anything with her that she would otherwise be tempted and offered by friends. I told her if she wants to try anything legal or illegal, ask us first. We've always offered her cigs and smokes and drink. As far as we know, she is antismoking & antidrinking. We also told her it's her body, she can play with it without guilt, and she can have sex when ever she's ready. We always discussed things openly. Just let her go on the pill this month and told her she should always still make him use condoms, regardless. She's on her own in regard to personal decisions, we're here if/when she needs us, otherwise, she knows she's the only one who has to live with her decisions and choices. Funny thing, when ever she's 'stepped out' or not told us something, karma or whatever, always got her. When she 'acts up', she's the one who pays. We detach and let things work out. Can't live their lives for them, can only try to give them the best tools available. For us it was openness, honesty, love and guidance. She had nothing to rebel with, we didn't give her any taboos. When she was picking a college, she had all these ideas, but we wanted her to go to this particular one. She used her free will to choose the one we wanted, but it was her choice.
